Refund and Returns Policy

In the event that the flowers you have chosen are not in stock or out of season we may have to use a substitute. We will still ensure that your handtied is beautifully created within your chosen style.

We cannot guarantee specific delivery times. AM or PM may be requested but please be aware this can’t always be promised, especially with same day deliveries. If you would like your handtied delivered by a certain time, please give us plenty of notice by ordering in advance.

Funerals will take priority and will always be delivered on time. If you wish to discuss funeral arrangements then please give us a call or email us.

Due to flowers perishable nature, once your order has been placed and paid for it cannot be cancelled. However, should you need to change your delivery date please contact us.
